JAIMS – Advanced Inspection & Measurement Solutions was built on over 20 years of real-world experience in inspection, metrology, and manufacturing quality.

This industry isn’t something we advise on from the sidelines, it’s what we’ve lived and breathed. Our journey began hands-on in the field as support and calibration engineers, working directly with inspection and measurement systems on customer sites. That grounding continues to shape everything we do today.

Over the past two decades, we’ve worked across the full spectrum of inspection technologies, from optical and digital microscopy to micron and nanometre-level optical surface profilers; from profile projectors to fully automated, multi-sensor CMMs; from borescopes and videoscopes for Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) to 3D X-ray and fully volumetric Computed Tomography (CT).

Just as importantly, we’ve applied these technologies across nearly every major manufacturing sector, medical devices, aerospace, Formula, motorsport, electronics, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and more. That breadth matters, because it means we understand not only the technology, but how it must perform in different regulatory, production, and quality environments.

Our experience goes beyond theory or specification sheets. We’ve stripped down, repaired, calibrated, optimised, sold, and supported many of the systems available on the market today. We’ve progressed from field engineering to applications, technical sales, and ultimately to leading high-performing sales and technical teams at director level. That journey gives us a rare, end-to-end perspective, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
